All shared hosting plans are intended solely for web hosting purposes. We do not permit the hosting of download files such as MP3s, wallpaper download sites, movie downloading/streaming sites, or bot sites. Any such sites will be suspended by our server team without prior notice.

2. Restrictions

We enforce the following restrictions to maintain the integrity and performance of our services:

• Free Hosting: Free hosting is not provided for reseller users.
• Finance Company Names: Do not use any loan company names (e.g., Aditya Birla Finance, Bajaj Finance) in subdomains, nor add similar company domain names.
• Prohibited Content:
  • Spam or threats
  • Phishing websites
  • Email marketing
  • IRC scripts/bots
  • Proxy scripts/anonymizers
  • Pirated software/warez
  • Image hosting scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
  • Large collections of MP3 files and/or DVD/CD ISO image files
  • Prime banks programs
  • Lottery sites
  • Forums/websites distributing warez/pirated/illegal content
  • Fraudulent sites (including but not limited to those listed at aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com)
  • Adult sites
  • Push button mail scripts
  • Hacker-focused sites/archives/programs

3. Service Modifications

Eaglehost.in reserves the right to modify pricing and services at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon notification by email.
